Garlic Yoghurt Dip
Heat oil and/or butter.
Chop onion, and mince or crush the garlic. Fry until translucent, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from heat.
Mix in yoghurt.
Serve with warmed pita, grilled steak tips, couscous, sliced tomatos and/or shredded lettuce.
