Hard Boiled Eggs.
Place eggs in a saucepan, and add enough cold water to cover the eggs, and place over medium heat. Once it starts to boil, recduce heat to simmering, and cover saucepan. Cook 15 minutes for eggs that were at room temperature, 17 for eggs from the fridge.
Empty water from sauce pan, and add cold water. Let stand for a few minutes, until eggs are cool.
I like eating my eggs with salt and pepper, or dark soy sauce, or wasabi (yum)!
