I maintain the following recipes (130 total):

Dips, Sauces and Salsas.

    Sauces and seasoning, no meat eggs or dairy:
  1. Barbecue Sauce. Good for cooking or dipping.
  2. Cajunn Seasoning. Flavorful, hot, better than salt.
  3. Enchilada Sauce. Good for those enchiladas.
  4. Garlic Yoghurt dip. A greek flavor dressing / dip.
  5. Hot Sauce. Habaneros and carrots!
  6. Italian Seasoning. Flavorful, rich, better than salt.
  7. Red Adobo Sauce. A rich sauce, spicy enough.
    Cold, no meat eggs or dairy:
  8. Baba Ganouj. Good if you like eggplant.
  9. Habanero Salsa. The king of peppers, and a pepper to the King.
  10. Humus. What chick peas were made for.
  11. Pickled Cucumbers. Spicy pickles, great for snacking.
  12. Red Onions in Brine. Sweet pickled red onions.
    Cold, with meat eggs or dairy:
  13. Chopped Liver. Savory, delicious; it'll kill you fast but you'll enjoy your final days immensely.
    Warm, with eggs or dairy, no meat:
  14. Artichoke Dip. Thanks to Andrea for giving me this recipe.
  15. Baked Brie Incredibly sweet and full-flavored -- it's really just a dessert in disguise.
  16. Chili Con Queso. Cheesy beany dippy!
  17. Chili Con Queso -- ultra fast. Like the Con Queso, but takes half as long to cook.
Appetizers.
    Cold, no meat eggs or dairy:
  1. Devil Sticks. Habaneros and carrots in another configuration!
    Cold, with eggs or dairy, no meat:
  2. Balsamic Vinegar and Parmesean. No time at all. I mean it! Easiest recipe ever!
  3. Devilled Eggs. Cholesterol heaven.
    Warm, no meat eggs or dairy:
  4. Fried Onion Flower. Better than onion rings!
  5. Green Onion and Yoghurt Quesadilla. Lighter than my other quesadilla recipe, but with a distinctive flavor.
  6. Pakoras. Yummy appetizers from India.
    Warm, with eggs or dairy, no meat:
  7. Beer Batter. A batter for onion rings, fish, zucchini, or other fried veggies.
  8. Fancy Fried Cheese Sticks. A silky coating you can use for anything fried!
  9. Quesadillas. Grilled cheese sandwich with a fancy name, and my roomate likes them.
  10. Rangoons (jalapeno or crab). It sounds like royalty in Gilbert & Sullivan; "Presenting the High Rangoon."
  11. Stuffed Jalapenos. A classic tex-mex appetizer.
  12. Veggies Tempura. Yummy Japanese fried food.
    Warm, with meat eggs or dairy:
  13. Crab Cakes. An East Coast taste.
  14. Crescent Rolls with Meat. It tastes pretty good.
Soups, Chilli and Stews.
    Cold, no meat eggs or dairy:
  1. Gazpacho. It's like a salad in a blender!
    Warm, no meat eggs or dairy:
  2. Chilli. Beans, beans, beans!
  3. Curried Stew. Masala Curry, simple North Indian dish.
  4. Matzo Ball Soup. Good for a cold.
  5. Ratatouille. Another eggplant recipe for people who like that sort of thing.
  6. Sour and Chilli Soup. I went halfway around the world for this soup.
  7. White Chilli. Beans, beans, beans without tomatos!
    Warm, with eggs or dairy, no meat:
  8. Hot and Sour Soup. Tofu.
    Warm, with meat eggs or dairy:
  9. Chilli con Chorico. Spicy sausage served in a Spanish Stew without beans.
  10. Medieval Stew. A basic stew, with some interesting flavors.
Salads and Side Dishes.
    Cold, no meat eggs or dairy:
  1. Cajun-Style Rice Salad. It's OK.
  2. Cole Slaw. No mayonnaise in this, and a little more kick.
  3. Cucumber-Pasta Salad. Good in the summer.
  4. Green Salad. It's like gazpacho that never hit a blender!
  5. Quick Pickles. Who wants to wait forever for a pickle? I want these sweet pickles now!
    Cold, with eggs or dairy, no meat:
  6. Creamy Potato Salad. Potatos are cheap when cooking for lots of people.
  7. Mozzarella Salad. The best reason for a cow.
    Warm, no meat eggs or dairy:
  8. Amazing tomatos. My mom used to grill tomatos when I was growing up -- this is sort of like that.
  9. Asparagus. This king of vegetables wears a crown.
  10. Baked Beans. Hearty, sweet, cheap, easy.
  11. Baked Potatoes. Easier than boiling water.
  12. Barbecued Potatos. When cooking the rest of the meal outside.
  13. Grilled Vegetables. When cooking the rest of the meal outside.
  14. Refried Beans. Good for Tacos.
  15. Roasted Asparagus. This king of vegetables, prepared in a more kingly way, and with its legs chopped off.
  16. Sweet Black Beans. With enough honey, even my housemates will eat beans.
    Warm, with eggs or dairy, no meat:
  17. Creamed Onion. Good in the fall.
  18. Mashed Potatoes. Fluffy.
  19. Potato Pankackes. Who knew that roots could taste this good?
    Warm, with meat eggs or dairy:
  20. Boxty. Boxty in the Griddle, Boxty in the Pan . . .
  21. Bread Apple and Sausage Stuffing. Side dish, or stuff a duck with it for Thanksgiving.
  22. Chicken Wings. Addictive, tastier than delivery and even quicker.
  23. Fried Rice. A hearty side dish.
  24. Steak Salad. Fresh veggies, fresh steak, hot and cold.
Main Dishes.
    Cold, no meat eggs or dairy:
  1. Hot Cold Noodles. Yummy!
    Cold, with eggs or dairy, no meat:
  2. Hard Boiled Eggs A basis for many things, or a brown bag lunch by itself.
    Warm, no meat eggs or dairy:
  3. Felafel. Another fine chick pea dish, deep fried the way that nature intended.
  4. Moussaka. Middle-eastern lasagna.
  5. Shepherdless Pie. Another good way to use beans.
  6. Spaghetti with Sauce. This is an attempt to recreate my grandmother's recipe.
  7. Vegetarian stuffed cabbage. So sweet, it is like a desert. But more . . . cabbagey.
    Warm, with eggs or dairy, no meat:
  8. Chiles Rellenos. This is easy to cook, and tasty!
  9. Corn Fritters. Corny goodness!
  10. Eggplant Parmesean. Who doesn't love mozzarella?
  11. Eggs Poached. Very Eggy.
  12. Enchiladas. Hits the spot!
  13. Fried Eggs. Eggy goodness.
  14. Fried Matzos. Sorta like French toast...
  15. Tacos. A good for a buffet if you don't have enough dining chairs.
  16. Vegetable Pie. Crustless quiche.
  17. Welsh Rarebit. 15 minutes to cheese heaven!
    Warm, with meat eggs or dairy:
  18. Barbecued Baby Back Ribs. A good reason for a barbecue.
  19. Barbecued Chicken. A Whole Chicken, very tender.
  20. Beef Rib Roast. Very strong flavors, juicy meat.
  21. Beef Stroganoff. That's not sour cream you're tasting (though the alcohol boils off).
  22. Blackened Catfish. That Cajun Taste.
  23. Blue Cheese Steak. Quick and delicious.
  24. Chicken Cordon Bleu. Pig and chicken. This one without mushrooms because my mean old house-mate won't eat them.
  25. Chicken Marsala. Marsala and Mushrooms -- I don't normally like wine but this is good. This recipe also works with veal.
  26. Chicken Under a Brick. Italians like flat birds.
  27. Corned Beef and Cabbage. All set for Saint Patrick's Day.
  28. Eggplant Chicken Surprise. Not all eggplant has to be in tomato sauce. This one went over fairly well.
  29. Fall Off Bone Pork Ribs. Takes a while, but worth it.
  30. Faux Jambalaya. Sausage is yummy. Spicy sausage is yummier.
  31. Fried Chicken. One more chicken dish can't hurt.
  32. Giuliana's Mom's Kheema Recipe. This is worth it, just for the aroma it gives the kitchen.
  33. Grilled Reuben Sandwich. The king of sandwiches.
  34. Hot Spicy Chicken. My answer to fried chicken, but it isn't that spicy.
  35. Irish Eggs Benedict. My favorite breakfast.
  36. Kielbasa Al fredo. Carbohydrates, carbohydrates, and more carbohydrates.
  37. Lamb Chops. A tender meat, easy to cook with.
  38. Lamb Stew. Oh, I love lamb!!!
  39. Orange Beef. It's a pretty meal.
  40. Roasted Chicken. An aromatic meal, when you want to convince others to break their diets.
  41. Roasted Leg of Lamb. Comfort food, easy to prepare.
  42. Sausage, Peppers and Onions. A hearty food.
  43. Shepherds Pie. Easy to cook comfort food.
  44. Steak and Peppers. Playing with beef as a basis for several dishes.
  45. Stuffed Cabbage. Like a meatloaf packet, but moist and fresh.
  46. Swedish Pot Roast. My room mate's mom showed me how to make this.
  47. Swiss Veal. Kinda like swiss steak, but more tender.
  48. Taco Stroganoff. Two great culinary traditions, that taste great together. Think Tex-Mex Russian.
  49. Thanksgiving Duck. I admit it, I hate turkey.
  50. Yoghurt Fried Steak. Cholesterol... Mmmm...
Desserts.
    Cold, no meat eggs or dairy:
  1. Strawberry/Banana Pie. Sweet as heck.
    Cold, with eggs or dairy, no meat:
  2. Almond Cheesecake I like to bring this to parties.
  3. Balsamic Strawberry Ice Cream Surprise the heck out of your guests with a vinegar based dessert topping.
  4. Butter Rum Candies Candy.
  5. Chocolate Mousse. Incredibly rich, somewhere between pudding and truffle.
  6. Chocolate Pudding Pie. If you can do it in advance, this is the quickest desert to make.
  7. Coffee Muffins. I've never cooked this! This recipe is here so I can demand that my housemate cook it for me!
  8. Green Tea Ice Cream Think about it -- frozen Chai in a cone!
  9. Hidden Pirate Island Ice Cream Milk, cream, sugar cane, vanilla, coconut, chocolate, butter, and rum.
  10. Meringue Drops. Very light cookies!
  11. Truffles. Who can resist?
    Cold or Warm, no meat eggs or dairy:
  12. Chocolate Nut Cake, Frosted A little heavy, somewhere between a brownie and a cake.
  13. Cumin Almonds. Pretty easy to make, candied nuts.
    Cold or Warm, with eggs or dairy, no meat:
  14. Merrywhether Cookies. Death by chocolate!
    Warm, with eggs or dairy, no meat:
  15. Noodle Kugel. Fruit, cheese, and carbohydrate!
